“I started, after my BA at Brighton, working as an illustrator with watercolour in publishing and advertising. I later developed my work and showed in galleries such as Medici and Mall Galleries. I have taught at the Brighton and Eastbourne colleges, and written Watercolour, and Plant and Flower Instruction Books.

As a member of the 5 Ways Artist Group I have opened my house in the May Festival for the last 15 years, now working in various media, and exploring subjects from the rich broken down architecture of Venice or Pompeii, to landscapes and seascapes both home and abroad. Wildlife, still lives, plants and flowers are also a favourite. All have their challenges and I enjoy seeing how the techniques might be adapted for each subject matter.”
